Zooming and Panning tools

The Box Zoom tool is used to drag out a bounding box enclosing the area you want to see; the area enclosed by the box then expands to fill the Painting window.

The Zoom Out tool reverses any zooming in you have done.

The Pan tool is used to drag the image around the window in any direction.

The Slide zoom tool is used to zoom in on the image as the mouse is dragged. To use it, put the cursor over the area you want to zoom in on, and drag down and to the left; to zoom out, drag up and to the right.
